The Red Ember is Winnipeg's first wood-fired pizza truck. We proudly serve Manitoba ingredients cooked to perfection in our stone wood-fired oven. We use organic Manitoba wheat milled in Elie, ethically raised free range Berkshire pork for our pepperoni and sausages, and every fall we turn tomatoes grown for us by local farmers into sauce for next year's pizzas. We browse the farmer's markets for inspiration for our specials. We work hard to bring you the most wholesome, tasty product we can. This is food you can feel good about.
